What is Feisty Fans?
Feisty Fans is an event concierge and staffing platform. We connect groups attending festivals, DJ nights and other events with independent, ID-verified event staff, our Fans, who keep the group cool, run for food, drinks and merch, hold the spot and capture hands-free content. Fans are independent contractors who set their own rates.
What does a Fan actually do?
Keeps your crew cool by fanning them by hand, runs for food, drinks and merch, holds your spot, keeps the group together and films your day on Ray-Ban Meta glasses. Event staffing, nothing else: every booking is covered by our code of conduct.
How do drinks and food runs get paid for?
Your card is saved securely at deposit. Anything your Fan buys for the crew goes on your tab with an itemized receipt. No cash, no Venmo chasing.
Who pays for my Fan's ticket?
It's included in your deposit at face value, so your Fan walks in with you.
How is the price built?
Your Fan's own rate for your days, plus any add-ons. Four guests are included. Her ticket is bought at face value once she's assigned and added to your deposit, never estimated up front. Pick a Fan and you see her exact price; let us match you and you see an estimate that locks in before you pay anything.
What does the deposit cover?
Your Fan's ticket plus 25% of the service. The rest is charged 7 days before the event, and nothing is due until we confirm your Fan.
Can I split the cost with my crew?
Yes. Send split links and everyone pays their share of the deposit.
Who are the Fans?
Festival-loving independent contractors, 21 and older. Fan Girls and Fan Guys. Every Fan passes a government photo ID check and is approved by our team. You can pick your Fan from their profile or let us match you.
Can I get a Fan who loves my music?
Yes. Add your genres, artists and anthem in the app (or connect Apple Music) and every Fan shows your music match.
What if I cancel?
Deposits are refundable up to 30 days out. Inside 30 days your deposit becomes credit toward a future booking.
