What we collect
Your email, name, phone number and Instagram handle; your music profile (genres, artists, links, your anthem and minutes you choose to add); your name and email from Apple or Google if you sign in with them; booking details (festival, dates, crew size, notes); messages with your Fan and our team; reviews; and, for Fans, profile photos, videos and payout details. Card details are handled by Stripe and never stored by us.
ID checks for Fans
Fans verify their identity with Stripe Identity, which processes the photo of their ID and their selfie and keeps them under Stripe’s privacy policy. We only store whether the check passed, when, and whether the Fan is 21 or older.
Apple Music
If you connect Apple Music, we read your heavy rotation and recently played songs to show your top artists and genres on your music profile. We store that summary and an access token, and never your Apple ID password. Disconnect any time from Account > Your music, which deletes both.
How we use it
To confirm and run your booking, match you with a Fan, process payments, send updates, keep everyone safe (including SOS alerts), and improve the service. We do not sell your personal information.
Who sees it
Once your deposit is paid, your assigned Fan sees your name, contact details, meetup details, trip messages and your music profile, and you see theirs. A live Fan’s music profile shows on their public profile. Our service providers process data on our behalf: Supabase (database, sign-in and file storage), Netlify (website hosting and team notifications), Stripe (payments, Fan payouts and Fan ID checks), and Apple and Google (only if you choose to sign in with them or connect Apple Music).
Retention
We keep booking records as long as needed for accounting and legal requirements. Everything else is deleted when you delete your account. Reports you file are kept until they are resolved.
Your choices
You can edit your details in Account and delete your account at any time from Account > Delete account. California residents can request access to or deletion of their data by emailing us.
Children
Feisty Fans is only for people 21 and older. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone younger.
