What Fans do

Fans are event staff. They keep your crew cool, run for food, drinks and merch, hold your spot, keep the group together and film your crew on smart glasses. That is the whole job.

Respect

Treat your Fan like a professional. No touching without consent, no harassment, and no requests outside the service. A Fan can end a booking if the code is broken, and the booking is not refunded.

Age and alcohol

The booker must be 21 or older. Drink runs follow the event’s rules and local law. Fans never buy for anyone under 21.

No illegal activity

No illegal substances, and nothing outside the event.

Heat safety

Fans take a 15-minute shade break every 2 hours. If anyone in your crew feels unwell, go to on-site medical right away and use SOS in the app.

Filming

Your Fan films your group only and stops any time someone asks.
